New boiler installation
From £1550 + VAT with five-year warranty

Installation of new high-quality combination boiler to replace existing combination boiler. Wireless thermostat so you can control the temperature from any room, mains flush of all radiators and magna filter fitted to ensure maximum efficiency of your heating system. Five-year warranty included as standard, with extended warranties of 7 or 10 years available for an additional cost.

If the position of your boiler needs to be moved legally or you request it to be relocated additional costs will be incurred.

Boiler conversion
Starting from £2600 + VAT with five-year warranty

Replacement of your regular, system or back boiler and cylinder with a new combination boiler. Wireless thermostat so you can control the temperature from any room, mains flush of all radiators and magna filter fitted to ensure maximum efficiency of your heating system. Five-year warranty included as standard, with extended warranties of 7 or 10 years available for an additional cost.

Boiler breakdown call-out (West Yorkshire only)
£100 + VAT plus parts

Fixed labour price for all breakdown call-outs. For this price we will visit to assess the problem and see if it can be fixed there and then. If parts are needed and we need to return, this additional visit will be included but please note that these parts and any additional visits will be extra.

Annual Boiler Service
£75 + VAT

Full service of working boiler, gas safety leak test of your whole property and Gas Safe certificate valid for one year. Excludes back boilers (boilers behind fireplaces).

Emergency Call-Out
£250 + VAT

Applies after 6pm and all weekend/ bank holidays. Same day visit to diagnose problem and make safe. Advise on permanent repair options. All repairs beyond initial diagnosis and making your boiler safe would be subject to additional charge for labour and parts.
